First time I’ve been to Penn since the renovation, and while nothing will ever come close to replacing the original Penn Station, they did a decent job. This one is similar to the escalator in the Moynihan hall.

Oh Pat you need to google Penn Station in the 50’s before the historic and iconic site was demolished and thrown into the trash so they could build Madison Square Garden…Magnificent pictures of New York’s old Penn Station before it was demolished, 1910-1963 – Rare Historical Photos
