I know there are many more beautiful night sky images out there than this, but bear with me…this is my first time under the stars with a camera:) Drove out to the end of Long Island where I knew it would be plenty dark, wasn’t counting on 30 MPH winds and 38 degrees but really enjoyed the view and had fun trying to capture the stars. The Lyrid Meteor Showers were supposed to be the most visible last night but I didn’t see any, wasn’t able to find the milky either 😦 But I’ll keep trying.
